In this role, youll support the creation of customer-centered experiences that simplify complex systems and information. Youll work closely with designers, product managers, and developers, gaining hands-on experience across the full design process from research and ideation to prototyping and feedback. Assist and co-lead in Experience Design: Help create and refine user experiences across platforms, focusing on intuitive data visualizations and workflows. Skills And Requirements 2-3 years of experience in UX design or related field, with basic skills in visual design and prototyping. Familiarity with Figma, Adobe CS, Microsoft Suite and/or similar tools. 1+ years of experience doing UX research with users. Experience utilizing AI for project work, writing AI prompts, working with an AI-driven mindset Basic understanding of design systems and interest in learning to maintain cohesive design standards. Strong communication skills and eagerness to share ideas and learn from team members.
