Residential HVAC Technician

The preferred candidate is responsible for providing quality repairs to Heat Pumps, Air Conditioners, Gas Furnaces, Air Handlers and Tank/Tankless Water Heaters. Knowledge of Hydronic Boilers is a plus!

 

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Thorough understanding of Residential HVAC Equipment and Controls.
• Ability to consistently provide High-Quality repairs in a timely and profitable manner.
• Consistently Maintains truck stock inventory and an organized truck.
• Uses basic tools or instruments to assemble, adjust, calibrate, repair, or test various products regarding HVAC.

  Requirements:

• MUST HAVE a Minimum of 5 Years of Residential HVAC Service Experience.
• Extensive knowledge of installing and maintaining all types of Residential HVAC systems.
• Safe working knowledge of all hand power tools.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Safely work from ladders for extended periods of time.
• Pass Background check and Driver's License check.
• Valid and Clean Driver's License.

Nuckols Plumbing & Gas has Two lines of work. We do high end residential remodel work in and around Richmond and residential and light commercial Service.
