Title: IT Project Manager

SYSTEMTEC is seeking an IT Project Manager for a Remote opportunity. The candidate will support ongoing enablement initiatives tied to a large-scale integration of South Carolina healthcare facilities into the company’s platform.

Required Qualifications of the IT Project Manager :

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
• Proven experience managing IT projects, particularly infrastructure or cybersecurity-related.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to collaborate with technical teams.
• PMP certification preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and enterprise project tools.
• Comfortable managing financials, status reporting, scheduling, and cross-team coordination.
• Must be a self-starter capable of managing all project elements independently ( "do your own stunts” mentality).

Responsibilities of the IT Project Manager :

• Manage and deliver discrete IT enablement projects from initiation through post-go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT teams to ensure delivery of assigned project scope, including components like Identity & Access Management.
• Maintain and update detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Manage project financials, timesheets, and administrative tasks (meeting minutes, status reports, stakeholder communications).
• Utilize ServiceNow for project tracking and management.
• Ensure project deliverables align with enterprise goals and integration timelines.
• Serve as a liaison between IT teams and functional stakeholders.
• Participate in go-live activities, including potential on-site presence in Charleston, SC.
