Director of Compensation & Benefits
Location: Hybrid in Plano, TX
Compensation: $140,000–$170,000 base salary + up to 20% bonus target

About the Role:
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Compensation & Benefits to lead and evolve a comprehensive total rewards program on behalf of our client. This role plays a critical part in designing and implementing compensation structures, managing self-insured benefits programs, and supporting payroll operations—all while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Reporting directly to the VP of Total Rewards, this leader will serve as a subject matter expert across compensation and benefits, driving analytical insights and partnering cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and executive leadership.
