Location:Longmont, CO
Schedule:4-day work week (MonThurs OR TuesFri alternating)

Youre a Perfect Fit If You:

• Have5+ years in a dental officeand at least2 years as a dental assistant
• Excel atinsurance verification, billing, and claim submission
• Can confidently explaintreatment plans and financial options
• Are skilled intreatment coordination, AR, and collections
• Thrive in atechnology-driven office environment
• Are aclear communicatorwith strong interpersonal skills
• Canproblem-solve and manage patient concernswith confidence and empathy
• Embrace personal and professional development

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing insurance claims, financial agreements, and patient billing
• Assisting chairside when needed (back-office experience required)
• Creating trust and rapport with patients to help them commit to treatment
• Using tools likeMicrosoft Excel, Outlook, and digital dental platforms
• Monitoring KPIs such ascollections, AR balances, and overdue claims
• Contributing to a team culture focused on excellence and continuous growth

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge ofCarestackdental software
• Experience withmedical billing for sleep appliances
• Strong cross-training inboth front and back office functions
